Ways to help keep your new years resolutions

Technology No Comments »

© James FarmerIt is hard to believe that May, 2010 is already almost half over! According to most polls, by now the vast majority of New Year’s resolutions are bygone history. At the top of most resolution lists is the vow to lose weight and unfortunately too many people find this to be too hard a challenge to maintain over an entire year.

I’m not going to pretend to anyone that losing weight and getting back into shape is easy. I too have plenty of room for improvement in the area of better nutrition and exercise.

I am also no expert in the realm of diets or weight loss, but from the reading I have done, protein supplements play an important role in satisfying those pesky hunger cravings.

Perhaps you can share your results with us about your weight loss struggles or achievements here.

Buy quality and affordable eyeglasses online

Technology No Comments »

© Rikhy SaragihIf you wear glasses or have had your eyes checked, you know all too well how expensive frames can cost in the doctor’s office. Not only are they expensive where you get your checkup, but the style selection is relatively limited. Of course you can order through your doctor, but there is certainly no price break for buying an item they don’t stock in house.

If you have never considered buying your glasses online perhaps now, during this recession economy, the time is right. You owe it to yourself to be able to view the world around you clearly. Don’t add to your headaches with overpriced eyeglasses. There are so many more styles and economical options available online today than ever before. Competition for you as a valuable customer is at a record high and chances are you will find a much better deal shopping for your eyeglasses online.

Typically all you need is to make an appointment with an optometrist, then get a copy of your final eye exam. You can avoid the high pressure sales tactics by taking your exam to the calm and quiet of your own home. Take all the time you need to settle on the right frames and solutions that fit your personality and budget. Once you submit your order, you don’t have to face the traffic or weather again. Just remain at home and let your new eyeglasses come to you. It’s never been simpler or more affordable to buy eyeglasses online.

Access Your PC From Anywhere

Technology No Comments »

How many times have you had a high priority project due, perhaps tomorrow, and when you got home you realized you forgot to add important information to the presentation?

Traditionally there have only been two options. First, you could turn the car around to face that rush-hour traffic all over again and return home late for dinner and family activities. Second, you could simply wait for the next morning, rush to the office and hope that you can make the changes in time. Your day will start off on the wrong foot and add unnecessary stress that will affect your presentation.

Well now there is a third solution. Can you imagine the ability, should you need it, to access your work files from home? Well now you can. With remote access, you can access your work computer from home, or your home computer from work. For only $4.95 a month you can have the peace of mind knowing that you can access your important information, even if you’re on vacation!

Save yourself and your family valuable time that is better spent at the dinner table or out in the backyard. Look into the possibilities and you will find solutions that not only make sense, but are affordable, safe and reliable. There has never before been a time when these valuable options have been more practical.
